The only problem we had is the original shipment was short two chairs, but the company was very prompt to send the missing chairs and they arrive within two days of our phone call. Support was excellent - no delays on hold, pleasant call support staff. He apologized and assured me the missing items would be shipped immediately and they were. I ordered several pieces of furniture about 8 months ago on-line. I wanted to purchase furniture for my new home on a low budget and had never made such big purchases on-line. I must say I was very pleased with this set. Pros: This table is worth more than you pay for it. Guest love it! My children can all fit at one table and it is still in great condition after 8 months! The table is a nice size. All chairs fit under the table. Table cleans like other wood tables. Cons: I have not noted this to be a problem after having the table for 8 months but the material on the seats are a suede type material and I worry about them wearing out or having to clean them. As I noted, I have not had a problem with the chairs up to this point. I wipe up any spills or food particles pretty soon after it happens.
