After putting the table together we saw there was a crack along one whole side of the top - bad enough that you could actually move it up and down. I had a glass top from a previous table, so we put that on top but I was very concerned about the stability of the tabletop. Knowing that I couldn't box up the damnaged top and ship it back, I send an email detaling the damage, but didn't expect any action on my complaint. To my great surprise, I received a reply quickly and was given a number to call to get another tabletop delivered to me at no cost. What a wonderful service. I have received the second tabletop and now can use my table without fear of part of it falling apart. Great service and really nice table! It's a high quality piece, especially for the price. Simple to put together. I love the built in adjustments on the legs to compensate for uneven flooring ... no wobbling!!!
