An elegant addition to any dining area, this table base features sweeping tapered leg posts and a floral pattern embossed metal shelf with faux nail head trim surrounded by support rings detailed with twists, rings, and cast ball connectors. Finished in a rich antique brown with a satin sheen. Protective glides included. Recommended Glass Tops, sold separately: GC2, GC3, GC4, or GC5. Some assembly required.

This review is from: Powell Basil Antique Brown Dining Table Pedestal Base (Kitchen) I ordered this table base along with the matching chairs. I just love the look. I looked in many of the furniture stores and found nothing quite like this set. I was able to put most of it together by myself. However, as mentioned by someone else, it is made in china and some of the holes didn't match up. My husband helped me finish it up. it looks wonderful and I would recommend it. The table base and chairs came very quickly, but we had to wait a few more days for the glass table top.
